How long does shipping take for large furniture items?
Standard furniture orders typically ship within 3-5 weeks. Once shipped, delivery takes an additional 5-10 business days depending on your location and the white-glove delivery schedule.
Do you offer custom sizing for dining tables?

How should I maintain and clean my WoodPlank products?
We recommend using a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with water for daily cleaning. Avoid harsh chemicals and use coasters or placemats to protect the natural oil finish from heat and moisture.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
Non-custom items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-built furniture is final sale.

Absolutely. We use zero-VOC, food-safe natural oils and waxes that are safe for your family, pets, and the environment while highlighting the wood's natural beauty.
