Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your items in their original protective packaging to ensure the wood surfaces remain scratch-free during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned timber for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
